Project

UNIFORM by LANCASTER

About

Uniform can be architecture, it can be art, it is a movement, and it is an identity. It can equally speak for a brands credibility, and when done right, it can shape the rhythm of a space.

The key to uniform is not to avoid mistakes (I had many), but to learn, adapt, and address challenges, from sustainability to regeneration. Always respect the individual, while drawing from deeper research from owners AND the fashion world—whether inspired by iconic Parisian couture, Asian printed fabrics, or ulrtra-modern Japanese streetwear—all while reinforcing regenerative cycles that prevent unnecessary landfill.

With £1million+ in uniform commissions and a decade of experience designing fashion for brands that define not just experimental spaces but also heritage. This is more than design—it’s an ecological movement.
